I was kind of surprised. My cat is super picky, but she ate this right up and licked the bowl clean

My dog gets bored with his food so quickly, so I was relieved to find that Ziwi Pets has a bunch of flavors to rotate through. We’ve tried the lamb, beef, and mackerel so far, and he actually gets excited when it’s dinner time now, which is rare for him.
The site was easy to browse, and I liked being able to pick different proteins without feeling stuck with the same thing every time. I did feel a bit ignored when I reached out with a question and didn’t get much back, but overall I’m happy with the variety and will probably order again

My dog usually gets loose stools with new food. Not with Ziwi. No gas. No weird tummy noises. Normal poops. Switched over in a few days. So far, all good.

It showed up quickly and everything was fine. No complaints.

I’ve ordered from here a few times now, and they usually have the food my cat likes in stock, which is a relief since the local shops run out a lot. Checkout was easy too. The only thing is I did feel a bit ignored when I reached out with a question and didn’t really hear back, but ordering itself has been straightforward.

I’m so relieved. My dog was scratching like crazy before, and after switching to this food, it finally stopped. If your pup is constantly itching, don’t ignore it or keep wasting time on stuff that isn’t helping, this made a real difference for us.

Every bag shows up smelling fresh, and my dog absolutely loses his mind over it. i blame this food for turning him into such a picky little diva now, because he acts personally offended if I try to give him anything else.

My dog is ridiculously picky and usually does the whole sniff-and-walk-away routine, which is totally fine, I’m definitely very calm about it. But with Ziwi, he just starts eating right away and actually licks the bowl clean. So yeah, apparently the taste is a huge win for him.

I started giving my older dog Ziwi Pets a few weeks ago, i wasn’t expecting a huge difference, but then on walks I noticed he wasn’t doing that slow little shuffle behind me anymore. He actually wanted to keep going, which was kind of surprising. Also, I was worried it might mess with his stomach because he can be sensitive, but nope, no weird issues there. It is definitely not cheap, I’ll say that, but seeing him have more energy again makes it feel worth it to me.

I wasn’t totally sure this would make much difference, but my chubby cat has been slowly losing weight and still acts like he’s satisfied after eating. I’m no expert, but so far I’m happy with it.

My cat seems to really like the food, so no complaints on that part lol. The only issue is the bag seal feels weak and doesn’t really close properly after you open it. I ended up using a clip to keep it shut. For the price, I just expected the packaging to be a little better. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying.

Okay so… not to be dramatic, but this actually helped. My stools are finally firm again, and cleanup is way less of a whole situation. Just feels like things are back to normal, which is such a relief.

It seems legit so far, but I’m still not totally sure what to think?? Nothing really wrong with it, just not fully convinced yet.

This has been really gentle on my old dog's sensitive tummy, which is such a relief 🙂 He seems happy with it and I feel good giving it to him.

I wasn’t expecting a huge difference, especially after feeling kind of dismissed when I brought up my dog’s bad breath before. But after about a month of using this, his breath is definitely less awful and his teeth look cleaner. It’s not some overnight miracle, but I can actually tell it’s helping

I just wanted a simple bag of treats, but these were a letdown. They felt stale right away and had crumbled all over the inside of the bag. It made something that should’ve been easy and enjoyable kind of annoying...

I reached out to Ziwi Pets with a question about my order, the whole thing left me feeling a bit mixed. They did get back to me, and the person was nice, so I can’t really complain about that part. But the replies took a few days each time, which just felt way longer than it should’ve. In the end, I got the answer I needed, but the waiting around was kind of annoying. Not a terrible experience, just not one I felt great about either

I’m happy with the quality overall, and my dog eats it with no problem at all. The bags are also easy enough to store, which is nice since they don’t take up about half the pantry or anything.
The only thing that’s a bit annoying is the portion sizing. I usually have to measure and adjust it around what my dog actually needs, and it can feel kind of fiddly when I’m in a rush. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I do wish it were a little easier.

I was impressed by how many different foods and treats they have. My cat is super picky, so finding something she’ll actually eat isn’t always easy, you know? It’s nice having so many options in one place.

He does eat it, so that part is fine, but the texture is kind of crumbly. There end up being a lot of little bits left in the bag, which is a bit annoying
